Following the completion of legal procedures regarding the update of corporate information and registered address post-merger, Pebsteel officially announces the change of our corporate seal in accordance with current regulations:
1. Updated Registered Address
Following the merger, Pebsteel’s head office address has been updated as: Dong Xuyen Industrial Zone, Rach Dua Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
2. Implementation of the New Corporate Seal
The new corporate seal of Pebsteel is officially effective as of the date of this notification.
- Scope of Application: All official documents, contracts, transactions, and vouchers of Pebsteel shall be executed using the new seal.
- Validity of the Former Seal: The previous corporate seal shall cease to be valid from the effective date of this notice.
3. Legal Commitments and Validity
The change of the corporate seal does not affect:
- The legal entity status of PEB Steel Buildings Co., Ltd.
- The legal rights and obligations toward related parties.
- The validity of commitments, contracts, and agreements signed before the date of this notification.
